Hiring process for the Call Center

Your recruitment journey

Apply​​​​​​

  • Apply to the job posting and submit your resume online
  • Answer a few easy qualifying questions
  • We will confirm receipt of your application and share additional information to help you prepare for your interview

Interview

  • If there is an initial match, you will participate in a phone interview, followed by an interview assessment
  • After a successful assessment is completed, we will schedule an online interview, which will be conducted on Microsoft Teams

Decision

  • If a hiring decision is made, you will receive an email with the terms and start date to accept
  • If we choose not to accept your application during any part of the hiring process, you will be notified via email

Offer

  • Once you agree to terms in the offer email, an official offer letter containing further details will be sent for your review and signature
