Manager, Call Center Sales

I was a Direct Sales Agent and Sales Supervisor in our Woodland Hills, CA office in 2013. In 2018, I relocated to Tempe, Arizona to open our office there. Shortly after,
​​​​​​​I accepted Call Center Manager position for the Tempe office, which I now manage remotely.

In my current role, I develop and manage our Sales supervisors. I motivate, recruit and coach our Direct Sales agents as well.

How has working at Viking fueled your career ambition or professional growth?

The world of travel is constantly evolving, and we evolve along with it. Viking has challenged me in so many ways, and I learn something new every day. ​​​​I never felt so valued as an employee.

How did you progress in your career? Were there any notable milestones or promotions?

I started at Viking as a Direct sales agent, was promoted to Sales Supervisor in 2013 and in 2018 was promoted to call center manager of the Tempe office. We started with one Direct Sales team and eventually grew to four Direct Sales teams, five Customer Service teams and one Travel Agent team. To be a part of the growth was something amazing.

What are some key skills and expertise you have developed along the way?

Viking has taught me how to be a leader I can be proud of, we have such an amazing training department that helps you grow no matter what your position.

In what ways have mentors, peers or leadership helped you to achieve greater professional growth?

The leaders here have really supported and guided me through my journey. I always feel supported by the leaders at Viking.

Are there any specific projects or accomplishments that you are particularly proud of?

I am really proud of the positive, productive work environment I helped create. I am also proud of the growth of so many of the members of my team.

What do you love most about working at Viking?

There are many things: we are constantly changing at Viking, so it is easy to stay motivated, we are always developing ways to improve and grow, and love our product and the people that I work with.
