Our Call Center Sales team is committed to handling inquiries, understanding guest needs, providing recommendations and helping guests book meaningful voyages while building relationships and consumer loyalty.
Through personalized service, our agents identify caller needs and resolve issues to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction as they respond to inbound calls from travel advisors, guests and prospective guests.
Our Air team provides over-the-phone support to book flights for guests who are sailing on Viking voyages. In addition, the team oversees quality control, reporting and ticketing as well as travel operations on site.
