Crew members are generally assigned to a ship based on operational needs. Exceptions are possible but very uncommon. Due to the many exciting itineraries that our ships sail, we are certain you will be happy with the location of your assignment.
For Viking, our guests’ professional perception of our crew is very important. Because we are working in the field of hospitality and setting the standard in the cruise industry, we want all of our crew to be at their best. Our Grooming Policy includes natural-looking and well-maintained hair color at all times. For male applicants, a clean-shaven look must be maintained at all times while on duty.
Viking has a “No Visible Tattoo Policy” while in uniform. We will not proceed further with applications from candidates with visible tattoos.

We never ask our applicants to pay a fee for any service whatsoever. However, please be aware that numerous fraudulent companies posing as Viking are publishing scam job offers on the Web. These scam offers often ask for fees to acquire visas and/or work permits. Only submit your resume through this page on our official website or one of our official recruiting partners.

All Call Center roles are full-time, remote only. Remote Call Center employees must be located in the United States.

We do not require previous experience in travel or hospitality for most roles on our Corporate and Call Center teams. Please review the job description before applying to understand what Viking looks for when hiring for a specific role or team.
